Return Policy

With our software products, you have a chance to "try before you buy". For this reason, our refund policy is restricted to replacement of goods damaged in shipment only.

Damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase by sending the damaged product to the return address on the package. Please email us at info@ecware.com if you need the address to return the damaged item to.

Payment Policy

If your payment is returned for insufficient funds, you will be required to pay all bank fees and any collection and/or legal fees required to collect the full amount plus a USD $25 returned check fee.

Payments returned with "stop payment" or "charge-back" will be considered fraud, and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. The governing laws of the State of Hawaii, USA will apply, in addition to the United States Federal Law, United States Copyright Laws and International Copyright Laws.
